If there is one thing that football fans or experts cannot say about Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas is that “Peyton Manning made him a star” in the National Football League.
Thomas has been dominating opposing defenders since the days when Tim Tebow was under center as the Broncos starting quarterback. In 2015, Thomas recorded his fourth consecutive 1,000-yard season when he hauled in 1,304 yards and six touchdown receptions.
Demaryius Thomas experienced a slight decline in production in 2015, but I believe it had a lot to do with the “father time effect” that finally caught up with future Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning.
Going into the 2016 season, Thomas will have a new quarterback in Mark Sanchez that must establish a rapport with him heading into the 2016 season.
