Once again two of the NFL’s most iconic franchises will face each other. The last time the Packers and Cowboys faced each other, it was game for the ages. Aaron Rodgers pass to tight end Jared Cook ruined the Cowboys playoff aspirations in 2016.
Tomorrow they will have a chance to redeem themselves with a victory over the Packers.
In regards for the Cowboys to win this football game, their defense must keep Aaron Rodgers off the field as much as possible. Keeping Rodgers and the Packers off the football field will be a tall order for the Cowboys defense, given they have performed lately.
We all know that the Cowboys can run the football successfully behind that massive offensive line, but another where they can do some damage to the Packers defense is through the air. Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant must show up big in this matchup if they want to have a serious shot at taking down Green Bay tomorrow evening.
The Cowboys have the weapons on offense to the Packers, but it’s going to be up to their defense minimize the big play ability of Aaron Rodgers. Will they be able to accomplish that, only time will tell? My final prediction for this ball game is that the Cowboys will slow down the Packers offense, but it will not be enough to leave AT&T Stadium with a victory.
