Tomorrow, advancement into the College Football Playoffs is on the line when the Power Five conferences hold their annual conference title games. Four out of the five leagues have playoff implications in their conference title game. Today Gridiron Fanatic list who will come out on top as the champion of their perspective conference.
ACC Championship Game: 3 Clemson Tigers vs. 19 Virginia Tech Hokies
Back in August, I predicted that the Clemson Tigers would return and win the National Title this season. Even though they are clearly not the Clemson Tigers football team that we saw last season, they are still a dangerous football team. Their opponent is the Virginia Tech Hokies, a program that has done an exceptional job in Justin Fuente’s first year as head coach. Tomorrow, I expect the Tigers to advance to the playoffs after they defeat the Hokies tomorrow night.

PAC-12 Championship: 8 Colorado Buffaloes vs. 4 Washington Huskies
The Washington Huskies and the Colorado Buffaloes are two programs that were at their peak during early to mid-90s. This season, both programs turned back the clock and returned to their winning ways. The Huskies have an opportunity to lock up a playoff spot with a win against the Buffaloes tonight. This evening, the Huskies will leave Levy Stadium with a victory and secure a position in the playoffs this season.

SEC Championship Game: 1 Alabama Crimson Tide vs. 15 Florida Gators
For the second consecutive season, the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Florida Gators will face each other for the right to be crowned champions of the Southeastern Conference. The Achilles Heel of the Florida Gators Football Program is their inability to generate a consistent offense on a weekly basis. Their misfortunes on the offensive side of the ball will cause them to lose this game against Alabama tomorrow night.

B1G Conference Championship Game: 6 Wisconsin Badgers vs. 7 Penn State Nittany Lions
You can expect a slugfest between two traditional Big Ten football teams in the Wisconsin Badgers and the Penn State Nittany Lions. After starting off the season on a sour note, the Nittany Lions are finally back in the National Championship conversation. Standing in their way will be the Wisconsin Badgers, a team who has playoff aspirations as well. As I have said on so many occasions on this website, “the team that makes that costly mistake will lose this football game.” On Saturday Night, I expect the Nittany Lions defense to be in full force when they take on the Badgers. Will Penn State’s victory be enough to impress the playoff committee? We shall see.
